Friday Favorite #1

Hello all, I've had a new idea!

Every Friday i'll be uploading one of these "Friday Favorite" Posts (this will include me telling you about my favorite product/clothing item/food, you get the idea, of the week) and every Wednesday, i'll be doing a normal post, basically i'll be doing 2 posts a week. Enjoy!

My first "Friday Favorite" has to be "Garnier Moisture Match - Dry To Very Dry Skin." This is because is does its job amazingly! I had been saving this cream for quite a while whilst i was using up another one, and as soon as i'd finished the other one and started using this one, i felt the difference.

It comes in 5 skin types altogether (Dry/Very Dry Skin, Normal/Dry Skin, Combination/Oily Skin, Dull Skin, Normal Skin.) I can already feel the change it has made to my skin, it feels so soft and it hasn't reacted with my skin at all!

My Mum got the "Dull Skin" one and she ALWAYS uses it, so it's gotta be good.

They are £5.99 each, and they are worth every penny, the only thing i suggest is that they should make the size bigger (more of the cream) because it's smaller than you think it is, but beside that its great!

What's In My School Bag? | B2S 2014

Hello all!
I thought i would do (altogether) three back to school (B2S) posts, since there are quite a few things you could do as a back to school post, i think 3 is enough, without me going overboard about going to school!

Of course you need a bag to carry all of your school equipment, so mine is from "Cath Kidston" and it has this really pretty floral design on it and i got it in blue (you can also get it in white). It's perfect for school because its water proof, so i would definitely recommend it to you all! The storage within it is really big, even though it may not be able to hold really heavy weights. But, you wont be carrying anything really heavy round school, so i needn't worry!

I always find it handy to bring along hand creams and hand sanitizers because well...ITS SCHOOL! *Sorry about the spelling sanitizers, i'm clueless right now* Onto the fragrance, i don't really have a specific one i bring in, but i chose "The Body Shop - Apricot & Rice Finishing Mist." All of the other things speek for themselves, but the comb is definitely a thing i've got to have in every bag (you never know when you'll need it!)

Now onto the main bag area...
I would usually have more (school books, planner) but i didn't want to give away any personal information! For my school, you need a scientific calculator, i've had mine for 2 or 3 years now and it still works great, so thats always good!
If you're wondering why i need two notepads, then one is for geology (left) and the other is just for notes, important information etc.

Moving on, i'll show you whats in my Pencil Case...

I don't really use any pencil cases really, but its a new year so i thought why not try something new!?! My pencil case is converse, and i've had it for some while now, so im thinking of getting a new, smaller one because its massive!
I've also got these really cute rubbers from Cath Kidston. One i've used loads and the other looks really new but i've had it for about a year. I would recommended them to anyone, they're so cute!
Another thing about my school is that you can only write in blue or black (i use the red pens for marking) and personally i prefer black because it looks more neat, but just my opinion! Lastly, i've got this old lip balm that still works well and i always need a moisturizing lip balm when i'm at school. Problem=solved.

Now, whats in my makeup bag...

My makeup bag is from clarins. I just found it lying round my house, and its just a small and simple makeup bag: just what i need!
I don't carry around much makeup because i already have it on my face, but who knows maybe it will come in handy one day. Now, i usually don't bring bobbles with me to school, but i should, so i'm going to try to remember to put them in this one makeup bag because they are something you will always need for school!
Speaking of things you always need for school, i also need a mirror. My friends always ask me if i have one and i never do, so im going to change that!

Thank you for reading this rather long post, i hope you are all back to school and ready to learn!(sarcastic) But really, i hope you've all settled into school or work and...not long till christmas!

My 3 Favorite Outfits From Summer | 2014

Hello all!

So since we're still in the midst of Summer, i'm going to be still onto the topic of Summer! I wasn't sure what to call this post because it is kind of 3 outfits made into a day, this includes: Beach, Shopping(day somewhere), Meal out, so i guess you could class as it is a day of different outfits!

  • #1 BEACH OUTFIT -
When i was on holiday, i was almost always in this outfit, we were going to places which had a beach and the weather was hot! Firstly i got the shorts from primark, they were in my previous haul, and they are perfect for muggy/warm times because they are baggy and have a nice material to them. Paired with that, i have my bikini top, which is from Decathlon. They actually have really nice bikini sets there too! And if its a bit chilly, then you can put over the top a cardigan, or an oversized shirt(like the one i got from BHS!)
In my opinion i don't think you need to pair this with any accessories (you may loose them in the water!) but  a good nail polish will go with it well. The one i chose was from Essie *Merino Cool* and i'm loving these light brown colours for the beach!

  • #2 SHOPPING/DAY OUT -
This outfit is for if you're going out somewhere (this can be ANYWHERE!) Personally, this is a comfortable set, so i guess you could say its for a relaxed outing. Anyway, on with it -  the oversized tee is from New Look, and its in a lovely blue colour, and it goes great with the skirt (H&M) which has a pretty floral design.
The colours don't clash at all, so it makes a simple and easy summer outfit.
For accessories i chose these two "surfer" styled bracelets. I don't know where i got them from (they are available from gift shops) , but they go with almost anything. Nail polish wise, i chose barry M - 317 Blue Moon. I have wore this polish loads this summer, and it goes with bright summer outfits like this one!

  • #3 MEAL -
Lastly, this has got to be my favorite of them all! When i was on holiday, we went out on a few meals, but none of them were that formal to be wearing this. Don't worry, i still wore it to a different meal, when i wasn't on holiday, but its the thought that counts! I went for a vest (Jack Wills) and it has a cute mini floral design, and i tucked it into the maxi skirt (H&M),that was a dark blue colour and down the sides it is cut out so it shows your leg. When i bought it, i didn't even know that it had the open leg, so i was a bit surprised. But don't worry it has a under skirt. I decided to put a bracelet with it, which i thought went quite well with the whole thing, even if it is small! For nail polish i chose O.P.A (Russian Navy.) Even though this may not look summery, with this outfit i thought it just had to go. Just because it isn't a vibrant, bright colour doesn't mean it cant be put with summer clothing.

That is the end of this post, i would have included some dresses, but it seems i don't have that many, and considering the categories i used with this, they just wouldn't go!
Thank you for reading this blog post and remember to share my blog and like this post!
P.S. I'D LOVE IT IF YOU WENT AND CHECKED OUT MY TUMBLR:http://celottie.tumblr.com/

Travelling / Holiday Must Haves

Hello all and guess what it's holiday time!

On the 24th July i went camping for 10 days and whenever i have i go i ALWAYS have to make a list of things i need (even though i usually go a bit over the top with packing things, it's always good to have something to base it off.)

Now your probably thinking, well you obviously need food, clothes but im talking about the OTHER essentials. That exist now, so i'll get started!

1. I always need something to occupy myself, whether thats when i'm on holiday or travelling there, I usually have a magazine or a book. The one's i took down were GLAMOUR MAGAZINE - JULY 2014 and the books i took were: AMERICAN SAVAGE and THE BOOK THIEF. I go through books really quickly, so i usually need a few!

2. HAND SANITISER! I may sound like a germ freak, but you need one. Your going to all these public toilets, and restaurants. They all have germs! WHenever i went out, i always had one in my bag. The one i used was PINK GRAPEFRUIT HAND CLEANSE GEL - THE BODY SHOP. It's a perfect size t put in any bad, so you have NO excuse not to bring it with you!!!!

3- This may sound boring, but a compact mirror. Whenever i was at somewhere with my family on holiday, one person would ask for a mirror. They are more handy than you think! Ive got this pink one with white spots and its so cute! This is definitely a must have.

4- Dry Shampoo has be a life saver of some sorts, and personally i think its great for any travelling or holiday experiences. Its good for long journeys, especially for if your hair isn't feeling quite up to it on the day. You can have any type of dry shampoo, i think they all do the job that is allocated to them. I use the SUPERDRUG DRY SHAMPOO "SPIRIT OF THE CARNIVAL".

5- So the last must have for me is something that i think we all need and use. This is a small bag/purse, which you can just put all of your needs for a journey in or a day out. I always am in need of cross over body purses, and for good reasons too because i need them in my life! I always just stuff everything in that one bag and use it for...everything. From the beach, to a day out shopping. Its basically all i need.

That is the end of my Travelling/Holiday Must Haves. I hope you enjoyed this quick read, and remember to follow my blog.
